Our 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

At Prospera Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your men's clothing order, we're here to help with exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (including delivery date)
  • Valid for size issues or wrong product received
  • Product must have original tags attached and be unworn/unwashed
  • Item must be properly folded and packed for return shipment

How Exchanges Work:

  • ✅ Free size exchange – We'll arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost
  • ✅ Exchange for same-value products – No additional charges
  • ✅ Exchange for higher-value products – Pay the price difference online
  • ⚠️ Only one exchange per order is allowed

Important: Any product that has been used, washed, or has tags removed cannot be exchanged.

Return & Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Accepted:

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Defective or damaged products received
  2. Manufacturing defects verified by our team
  3. Wrong product shipped by our warehouse

Refund Process:

  • Email us at prosperaclothingofficial@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the defective product
    • Description of the issue
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • In exceptional return cases (non-defective), ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies

Products NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • ❌ Size-related issues (exchange only)
  • ❌ Slight color or design variations from website images
  • ❌ Sale items or products purchased with discount codes
  • ❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • ❌ Used, washed, or worn items
  • ❌ Items without original tags

How to Request Exchange or Return

Step 2: Include your Order ID (found in confirmation email)
Step 3: Attach clear photos if reporting defects
Step 4: Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps

Important Guidelines

📦 Packaging Requirements:

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Product should be neatly folded
  • Packed securely to prevent damage in transit

🚫 Inspect Your Package at Delivery:

  • Do not accept damaged packages
  • Check items before accepting delivery
  • Report issues immediately

🎨 Color & Design Variations: Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from website, social media, or advertisement images due to screen settings and lighting. Minor variations are not grounds for return.

Reverse Pickup Information

For approved exchanges and returns, we arrange free reverse pickup for defective products. A ₹100 fee applies for non-defective returns due to increased logistics costs.

Processing Time

  • Exchange requests: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 7-10 business days after product receipt
  • Responses to inquiries: Within 24 working hours
